Situated in beautiful Montana close to Glacier National Park, Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Speech Pathologist to join our team. Our number one priority is the safety of our patients and employees. Organizes and conducts medically prescribed speech/language or swallowing evaluations and rehab programs to guide individuals in improving their quality of life following injury, diseases or loss of a body part with consideration to patient’s gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.

$15,000 sign on bonus
1. High School graduate or equivalent. 2. Graduate of a professional course of education of speech, hearing science, and language development culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree. 3. Valid Montana state license or equivalent in Speech/Language Pathology services. 4. Certification by the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association (CCC). 5. Amiable personality, ability to make sound judgments and the ability to maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients.

POSITION DESCRIPTION & RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
Rock Creek Teletherapy, LLC is a Montana based, online therapy company making a difference in children's lives since 2013! We have the need for a Tele-Speech Language Pathologist for a school based contract starting January 3, 2022. Qualifications: · School Based Speech Therapy: 2 year minimum · ASHA CCC · Will consider strong CF with school-based experience and references Position Overview: *Responsible for providing high-quality, efficient school-based Speech services to K-12 students. *Need a minimum 15 hour a week commitment.
Job responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with the students’ mandated IEP and service goals
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations
-
Complete progress monitoring documentation such as daily SOAP notes and quarterly progress reports
-
Serve as an IEP team member by attending meetings and submitting paperwork as needed to maintain compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
Required Qualifications:

Montana License
-
Minimum of 1 year experience (post master’s) working in a school-based setting
-
Will consider a strong Clinical Fellow with school based experienced
-
Work as an Independent Contractor with own Liability Insurance
Required Skills:

Self-motivated and eager to create a positive difference in the lives of students

Strong communication skills and dedicated to working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and support staff

Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills

Sufficient technological skills including the ability to learn new software and programs, complete digital paperwork requirements, communicate effectively via email, and has a willingness to learn new skills/complete basic troubleshooting
